Hotel near Varese, although far from cities centers. Looks modern and practical. Covered parking with lots of space. Internet access via free wifi (ask at reception). Not far from Lugano.

No restaurant nearby. The receptionnist can indicate you a (quite far) pizzeria. Noisy bathroom fan.

The breakfast was abundant for what was on offer, with good coffee. There where an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV, and a study table in my standard queen room. The location was particularly good and magnificent, close to a motorway junction, in the great area

The breakfast at Stay Hotel was amazing, with a royal spread served specially for us. They even allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier and provided free coffee and cakes at the self-service bar. The hotel's AC system kept us cool during the heatwave, and the rooms were cleaned daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was just the perfect "value for money" for one night, in a location that happened to suit our needs.

The room was too cold and the blanket too thin (I had to put some extra clothes on). Breakfast was served only until 9.30.

Very cheap price for: freindly staff, good service, tasty breakfast, nice rooms. Perfect place for "bad&breakfast" scheme.

Hotel is situated between road and motorway, but air conditioner in the rooms worked well and we didn't open windows. It's difficult yo recommend it for long family staying, for example.
